Jacquie Vaughan, the Founder and Director of Ingenium HR is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and holds a MSc in Human Resource Management, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, has an advanced certificate in Executive Coaching with the University of West of England and is practitioner qualified.

Driven by a deep understanding and operational experience, I serve as strategic partner to support SME’s of £2-£50m turnover.
Educated to Masters level in Human Resource Management. Having an undergraduate Bachelors degree in Business, Ingenium HR is about commercially focused solutions to navigate the complexities of running a business and connecting People to the business priorities.
My style is informal and down-to-earth, tapping into a wealth of Senior professional experience, gained over many years working in various sectors. I offer a friendly, relaxed and practical approach, in a solution focused, straight-talking way. I am able to explain intricate issues in an understandable way and guide you through processes and procedures step by step.
Very often I find that MD’s, Directors and business owners do not need the distraction that people challenges can bring, and I am happy to fill in that gap to free up time for business leaders to focus on doing what they do best, running and scaling your business.
I work with a range of handpicked, qualified and experienced associates to deliver larger scale projects and has direct access to legal advice.
I work face to face across the South Wales and West Wales areas and offer virtual HR services for the rest of the UK if that is preferred.
